American tennis star Amanda Anisimova has upset Aryna Sabalenka, world n ° 1, in three sets to qualify for the Wimbledon women’s final at the All England Club.
Anisimova, 23, won 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 in an exhausting match in three sets.
The victory for Anisimova sends him to a final of the Grand Chelem tournament for the first time in his career.

The only other time she had played in the Grand Chelem semi-finals before her victory over Sabalenka was at the 2019 France Open, when she lost at 17.
The defeat for Sabalenka was the third defeat she suffered in the Wimbledon semi-finals in her career, the other two arriving in 2021 and 2023.
Sabalenka had been exceptional by rallying after abandoning the first set in major tournaments, because the world classified player in the world was 11-2 in major tournaments during the loss of the first set in this match.
Before this match, Sabalenka had lost only one set throughout the tournament.
Anisimova now has a 6-3 file against Sabalenka in his career.
