The appearance of Taylor Swift on the New Heights Podcast has become his most watched video on YouTube, accumulating 10 million views in less than 17 hours after the launch.
The special episode, published on Wednesday, presented Swift alongside his boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs, the winger tight Travis Kelce, and his brother, the Retired NFL Jason Kelce.
Ensured in video legend as “the most requested guest in New Heights ‘history”, Swift joined the brothers to discuss her career, her links with the Chiefs’ Fans and her next album base, The Life of A Showgirl.
Swift revealed that the optimistic album was inspired by the “exuberant and electric” atmosphere of its record ERA tour.
“This album concerns what was happening behind the scenes of my inner life during this tour,” she said. “It just comes from the most infectiously joyful, wild and the most dramatic place I was in my life.”
Promising fans, some “bangers”, Swift described the project as filled with “effervescence” drawn from the joy of performing worldwide.
The Life of A Showgirl, its 12th original album, is expected to be released on October 3.
Swift has also discussed his decision to recover his masters and has thought about Life Offstage since the end of the Eras tour.
