A beloved Gotham character returns in the upcoming film The Batman Part II.
The new film is expected to bring back Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth in the Robert Pattinson and Scarlett Johansson-led film.
The 61-year-old actor will once again play Bruce Wayne’s beloved butler when the sequel is filmed in June in London.
It appears that a behind-the-scenes reconciliation took place to ensure that Andy’s production on the set of the 2027 episode would not interfere with The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum.
His film New Line is scheduled to release on December 17, 2027. So, his confirmation in the Batman film seems that the teams managed to make sure that he could do both shoots.
