Islamabad:
A meeting of the board of directors of the PIA portfolio company is planned for today.
According to reports, the Council will approve of the semi-annual audit report for June 2024 and will examine the new project and the new objectives related to the privatization of the national airline.
The meeting will also assess the resumption of flight operations to the United Kingdom after the restoration of European roads. The preparations for restarting flight operations to the United Kingdom will be examined.
PIA management will inform the members of the board of directors of the national and international properties of the airline. Sources have said that discussions will also include the operational fleet of the PIA and other key questions.
