“I just woke up and my phone exploded. I was blown away,” said White.

As amazed as White was, he said that his children also took the evil.

“I was actually surprised by the impact of my children. My children looked at him on social networks. My daughter, she is 19 years old, she is at university, and she has been destroyed from this thing in the past two days. You should feel horrible for her family. It’s crazy,” said White.

“The fact that this happened during what it was known, which was only a peaceful debate and conversation, which was a pillar of American virtue,” added Paul. “This country has been built on people who have a conversation and speak to people, maybe you don’t always agree and, hope to reach a resolution-or even if it is not, saying that we have respectfully. But it is most of the time how progress is made.”

“When you can’t talk, shooting and going to violence is so pathetic,” said Paul. “It’s so weak, and I think it’s totally against everything that is America.”

White replied: “This is what is happening with people who are not smart enough to debate.”

Paul also said that he had “really respected” Kirk for “his ability to enter a room and be the person he said he was”.
