The member of the California Assembly, Bill Essayli, works to have a bill adopted through the state legislature that would prohibit the trans sports athletes for girls and women.
Essayli presented the bill on February 14 in the middle of a touch of controversial incidents in the state involving trans athletes playing in sports teams for girls.
As one of Sacramento’s best Republicans, Essayli believes that incidents have transformed the issue into one of civil rights for people from all religions of the state.
“Not only for Christians, I also hear Muslims and Jewish Americans. People of faith obviously have strong values and morals and beliefs about two sexes and the way everyone was created by God in their perfect bodies,” said Essayli to PK Press Club Digital in an exclusive interview. “It is therefore partly a religious question of civil rights.”
California has enabled the inclusion of trans athletes in the sports of girls and women dating from 2014 and is currently fighting President Donald Trump to maintain this system in place after Trump’s recent executive decree “No Men in Women’s Sports”.

The Essayli District represents, Riverside, was mired in one of the most visible controversies at the national level after a cross-country Trans-Country runner took a university place in a girl at the Martin Luther King high school, and a trial was deposited after the administrators compared “saving t-shirts for girls” for “t-shirts to skulls.
Meanwhile, the communities of San Diego, the Bay region and those of the other states led by Democrats in the United States have treated their own incidents involving trans athletes in only the past year. “What I have concluded is that it is part of this Marxist program to break family unity and divide their parents’ students, and if the government can mainly resume the role of the parent and instill values and systems to the child, then they will have the impression of being able to control this child for the rest of their lives,” said Essayli.
“I really think it’s a play for the next generation of Americans and that will raise these children and I think that is what the Democratic Party is concentrated, I think it’s the long game here, they play a game for the next generation of voters.”
Essayli added that he thought that the current system is not only unfair to girls, but also to school employees who have to perform the system, and that it is also unfair for transgender students themselves.
“They are misleading by believing that if they identify themselves as a woman, they should have all the rights and privileges as a biological woman, and they are encouraged to join the female sports teams and to use the female changing rooms, and I do not think that this is a good situation for the child, they will not integrate into this environment,” said Essayli.
“Perhaps there are alternative sports teams, perhaps mixed sports teams, maybe their own facilities to change, I think there are other solutions that make more sense … If you put a boy in the girls’ locker rooms, if they are still a boy, it will be uncomfortable for everyone … This creates a lot of problems and that it is our political makers that have implemented this problem.”

“With the Democrats, many of them do not want to talk about it, they say that this is not a real problem … They seem to want to avoid it,” said Essayli. “They know the public support him, so they don’t want to talk about it publicly, but they continue to push him behind the scenes.”
Essayli thinks that the public will resume this, and the problem will ultimately strengthen republican support in its state.
“I think the Democrats will continue to double this, and it will be at their expense,” said Essayli. “If the Democrats continue to double and oppose this and push their radical ideologies, I think they will continue to lose elections and seats in the Legislative Assembly.”
