Scottie Scheffler was pumped after obtaining the first PGA championship in her career.
Scheffler threw his hat on the Green at Quail Hollow in Charlotte, in North Carolina, when he celebrated the victory of the major tournament with a peer of 11 sous. He went to his family and kissed his wife, son and parents when they congratulated him.

Adrenaline must have led to the celebration of the Wanamaker trophy. Scheffler raised the equipment a little too clumsy, and the trophy cover fell from the top and hit the ground.
He laughed, just like the rest of the fans who watched the ceremony occur.
Collin Morikawa had the same mistake when he won the PGA championship in 2020.

“They told me it was heavy. They didn’t tell me that the lid was detached,” said the golfer on Wednesday before the tournament start, via Golf.com. “But it’s much heavier than you expect. And then they tell you to lift it over your head.”
Scheffler pulled a last 71 round to ensure the third big victory of his career.

He had a first raw holes and allowed Jon Rahm to put himself in the running. However, he locked himself up while Rahm fell rhythm on the nine rear.
“This return to new will be the one that I have been remember for a long time,” said Scheffler. “It was a version there. I think that at some point on the front, I may have an advance of four or five strokes, and going around, I think I was tied for the head.
