Lahore:
A court of first instance postponed Tuesday on Tuesday on March 22 auditory of a defamation case filed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif against the former Prime Minister Imran Khan after the first could not attend the legal proceedings because of his commitment with a foreign delegation.
Shehbaz had filed the complaint for having asked Imran’s 10 billion compensation rupees for having made the “false allegation” that he, Shehbaz, had indirectly offered him a 10 billion rusty-bridge by a common friend to remove the case from Panama newspapers.
PM lawyer informed the judge that Shehbaz could not attend the procedure on Tuesday due to an official commitment.
