President Asif Ali Zardari strongly condemned the recent Missile strikes from India to Pakistani territory, describing them as a blatant violation of international law and an act of uninsured aggression.
He said that such actions expose the true nature of the Fascist government of India, which favors the political objectives of regional peace and stability.
In a statement published today, President Zardari said the strikes had violated international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
He reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to protect his territorial integrity and said that the armed forces are fully ready to respond to any new assault.
The Indian attacked several locations in Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), which led to 26 civilian victims, including children.
Pakistan soldiers responded by slaughtering several Indian planes, security sources said.
India’s attacks occurred after the Attack on Pahalgam on April 22 in India, occupied Jammu-et-Cachemire (iiojk), which left 26 deaths.
India alleges the involvement of the Pakistani elements to orchestrate the attack but did not present any evidence to support the complaint. Pakistan denies any involvement and called a neutral probe.
The incident led the two countries to recall diplomats, to suspend visas and to take military measures.
President Zardari also called on the international community to condemn the actions of India and to support Pakistan law to self -defense.
He reiterated that Pakistan seeks peaceful relations with all neighbors but will not compromise on its sovereignty.
The situation remains tense, the two countries on high alert.
Diplomatic efforts are underway to defuse the crisis.
