Earlier this year, the longtime offensive line of Dallas Cowboys, Zack Martin, retired after 11 seasons with the team.
The Cowboys quarter-arre, Dak Prescott, begins its 10th season in Dallas.
Martin’s departure made the 31 -year -old Prescott the oldest player on the list of cowboys. Prescott recently thought about his career and admitted that the last decade has taken place quickly.

“It is not difficult to think,” he told the compulsory mini-caps of cowboys on Thursday. “I think you have to do it, especially with how [his 10 seasons] were. Some being injured, some going to the door and do not finish it. What he really does is to make you grateful the opportunity. Every day, you enter this building, you are healthy. Every day, you can approach your teammates. You can approach this game you like. “”

The cowboys finished with a disappointing file of 7-10 last season, but the new season will make changes to alignment and team coaches staff. Prescott will have a new wide receiver in 2025, George Pickens. Last month, the Pittsburgh steelers exchanged Pickens at Cowboys.

The franchise also went from coach Mike McCarthy and promoted Brian Schottenheimer to the head coach.
Prescott received numerous distinctions during his career in the NFL, including the offensive recruit of the year in 2015 and led the league through affected in 2023. But he has a 2-5 record in the playoffs and has never reached a conference championship match or a Super Bowl.

While Prescott wants to win a Super Bowl ring, he clearly indicated that he does not pursue the coveted trophy of Vince Lombardi to guarantee his personal heritage.
“I want to win a championship,” said Prescott. “The inheritance, everything that happens after having finished playing, will take care of itself. I want to win a championship. Be damn damn if it is just for my inheritance or if it is for this team. It is for my personal being, for my mental health. The inheritance will take care of itself.
“For me, it’s not to take anything for granted,” he added. “Living in the moment, enjoying everything and making sure I am the best version of myself to push these other guys to do it. I know that we will feel in the results.”
Prescott missed nine games last season with an hamstiff injury, and the cowboys missed the playoffs.
