- Thunderbolts * could come across Disney + late August
- A disclosed announcement indicated that it will be with us before the end of the month
- It was the last Marvel Phase 5 film to land in theaters
Thunderbolts * Would be ready to make his bow on Disney + at the end of August.
The film Marvel, which underperformed the box office after its world theatrical release in early May, apparently arrives at the streaming service on Wednesday August 27.
As I pointed out in my Thunderbolts * On Disney + Piece, Marvel’s parent company has not officially confirmed when the film Marvel Phase 5 will join the ranks of the film of its main streaming platform. However, a television spot captured by a fan in the eyes of Aigle in Greece, which they then downloaded a screenshot of the Marvel studios sub-rate today (August 8), the Florence Pugh’s superhero film apparently revealed that it was going to land on this date.
I contacted Disney for an official comment on the leak and I will update this article if I receive an answer.
Thunderbolts * was the second of the three Marvel Cinematic Universe films (MCU) which was released this year. However, despite the critical cheers – read my Thunderbolts * Revise to see what I thought about it and where I then ranked it in my best Marvel movies guide – the overall film had trouble translating positive mouths into sale of substantial tickets.
Indeed, he ended his race at the world box office with disappointing transport of $ 382.4 million. This is enough to make it the 10th most profitable film of 2025 so far (at the time of publication, anyway). Nevertheless, it is far from the financial manifiers of the Marvel films of yesteryear, including 2019 Avengers: end of game ($ 2.8 billion), 2021 Spider-Man: No time at home ($ 1.92 billion), and even last year Deadpool and Wolverine ($ 1.3 billion).
Despite his box office underperformance, Thunderbolts * is an integral part of the Marvel Multaven saga which will be wrapped in the next Avengers films – Avengers: Doomsday And Avengers: secret wars – which are held respectively in December 2026 and December 2027 respectively.
