The Attorney General Pam Bondi and the United States Ministry of Justice turned his eye from the West in the battle of President Donald Trump to counter a wave of trans athletes who participate in the sports of the girls of the school.

The DoJ has announced an investigation into California High School Sports League, the CIF, and the California Prosecutor General Rob Bonta, in order to determine if the State has violated title IX by allowing Trans athletes to participate in the sports of girls since 2014.

“Title IX exists to protect women and girls in education. It is perverse to allow men to compete with girls, to invade their private spaces and take their trophies,” said the assistant prosecutor for civil rights, Harmeet K. Dhillon, in a press release. “This division will aggressively defend the hard rights of women to equal educational opportunities.”

The United States prosecutor Bill Essayli, which has previously been a California state legislator and fought on the ground to support families opposite to Trans athletes in Girls Sports, is also involved in the survey.

“The law is clear: sex-based discrimination is illegal and immoral,” said the United States prosecutor Bill Essayli. “My office and the rest of the Ministry of Justice will work tirelessly to protect the sports of girls and prevent anyone – from civil servants inclusive – to violate the civil rights of women.”

The announcement cites a current trial submitted by the families of two high school athletes of two girls at Martin Luther King high school in Riverside, California. The announcement did not identify the complainants by name.

The trial, which was filed by the families of Taylor Starling and Kaitlyn Slavin, alleged that the school’s cross-country team had abandoned the starling of its university spot in favor of a trans athlete, and that school administrators compared their “Save Girls Sports” t-shirts in Swastikas, reported PK Press Club Digital.

Starling even testified before the Legislative Assembly of the Chamber supporting a pair of bills which would have reversed the policy of admissibility of sports for girls in California on April 1. The two bills did not succeed due to the opposition of the Democratic majority. But now the trial is cited in a federal investigation.

Trump’s Ministry of Justice has already been ready to continue a state to allow Trans athletes to participate in girls sports. Bondi announced a trial against Maine on April 16 after weeks of warning and tensions, which included multiple breaks of federal funding, which were restored, and a public spit between Trump and Governor Janet Mills.

Starling’s father Ryan Starling previously told PK Press Club Digital that he had supported Trump’s financing cuts in Maine, and would support similar sanctions against his condition for having enabled Trans athletes in girls’ sports.

“Well,” said Ryan Starling in response to see the situation in Maine, knowing that the same thing could soon be played in his state. “This is the only thing they answer, it is when their funding is cut and when it really affects their wallets, it is the only thing that will change it.

Maine Girl involved in the battle of Trans athletes reveals how state policies harm her childhood and sport career

The situation in Maine was strongly invited to the news of a trans athlete who won a pole jump competition for girls after having already participated in the boys’ category.

Now California faces a similar potential result in its state athletics championship.

The next meeting on the title of girls of girls will feature a trans athlete who participates in the length of the girls and the triple jump. The athlete, Ab Hernandez de Jurupa Valley High School, has dominated the girls’ qualifying series so far, taking first place in the two events of the section final on May 17.

Trump’s Ministry of Education previously sent a warning to California and Jurupa Valley High School via an exclusive Digital Digital Declaration on May 15.

The high school defended the leash Hernandez compete in the girls’ category, to follow the current state law.

“Jusd continues to follow both the Californian law policy and the CIF policy concerning school athletics. The law of the state and the CIF policy currently requires that students be authorized to participate in sports teams and in competitions in accordance with their gender identity, regardless of the protection of the rights and the security of the students we serve, in accordance with an examination of the Fox with applicable digital and federal laws” declared the district in the context of the previous declaration.

Trump himself participated in the debate when he sent a social post on Tuesday morning, warning the State and Governor Gavin Newsom of potential financing cuts, and orders local authorities to prevent a Trans athlete from participating in the girls category on Saturday.

A few hours later, the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) announced that it would make a slight change of rule for the championship this weekend. The change allows female athletes biologically fallen to qualify for the championship behind a trans athlete a chance to compete for the title this weekend.

The Newsom office provided a statement to PK Press Club Digital supporting the CIF decision.

This change will lead to at least two competitors qualifying to compete for the title of State after falling from the typical qualification threshold on Saturday.

“The pilot proposed by CIF is a reasonable and respectful means of navigating in a complex problem without compromising competitive equity – a model to continue. The governor is encouraged by this thoughtful approach,” the statement said.

Newsom had previously admitted that he thought that biological men compete with the sports of girls were “deeply unfair” during an episode of his podcast in March.

Jurupa Unified School District (JUDR) where Jurupa Valley high school is based, was included in the list of DOJ beneficiaries of a computer letter of the incoming investigation, in the official announcement of the department on Tuesday. However, the school district claims that it has received no complaint letter, a spokesman for PK Press Club Digital said.

The DoJ confirmed to PK Press Club Digital that juD is appointed in the letter.

PK Press Club Digital contacted the CIF, the Bonta office and the unified school district of Riverside for an answer.
