The first victory of the 2025 NFL season went to the Eagles in Philadelphia, who withdrew the Dallas Cowboys, 24-2020, to win a victory to start the season.

The Eagles, however, continued to use Hurts and Star Running Back Saquon Barkley to solidify the race game, and Hurts ran one in the goals area from eight meters for the score.

Prescott could have had more in the game of passes, going on 188 yards out of 21 out of 34 in the air. Lamb finished with 110 yards on seven catches with 13 targets.
