Zenimax Online Studios announced huge plans for Ancient scrolls onlineincluding a PC Game Pass version.
During today’s Seasons Direct 2026, alongside new playable content coming to the game next month with Season Zero: Dawn and Duskthe developer revealed that players will return to Skyrim’s frozen north of Tamriel to explore an “iconic region” never before seen in Ancient scrolls online.
This update will also introduce the game’s first-ever excursion zone, as well as dynamic blizzards that “affect the gameplay of the zone itself.”

Moreover, The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Roadwhich includes the base game and all main chapter areas (including Morrowind, Summerset, Elsweyr, Greymoor, Blackwood, High Isle, Necrom, and Gold Road) is available for free right now if you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber.
The offer is included in the monthly PlayStation Plus games for March and ends on April 6. It’s playable on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, so make sure to grab it while you still can.
In addition to this, Ancient scrolls online comes to PC Game Pass on June 2. It will also be added to Xbox Play Anywhere, so owners can dive into a range of Xbox platforms at no extra cost.
Earlier this year, Zenimax announced the game’s first-ever event zone, the Night Market, arriving on April 29. A limited-time player versus environment (PvE) zone described as “experimental new content.”
Two new story content updates are also on the way, each focused on the Thieves Guild and Sheogarath.
