The Ministry of Education of President Donald Trump plans to investigate California Public School Athletic Association, California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), not to comply with its executive order to ban the transgender athletes of women’s sports.
California Family Council (CFC) praised the decision.
“The California Family Council celebrates the decision of the United States Ministry of Education to launch an investigation into title IX on the CIF for its role by allowing men to participate in sports for girls,” the statement said.
“For too long, CIF has taken the eyes of the concerns of female athletes, parents and coaches, prioritizing the radical ideology of the sexes on the equity, security and integrity of the athletics of women. This Investigation is a crucial step towards the restoration of justice in high school sports.

The director of awareness of the CFC, Sophia Lorey, said that the intervention of the Trump administration had made her scream “tears of joy”.

This girl, Taylor Starling, then took matters into their own hands when she and her teammate Kaitlyn Slavin made t-shirts who said “save the sports of girls” and started bringing them to school. They then filed a complaint against the academic district when the administrators have scolded them for carrying the shirts and compared them to the swastikas.
Starling’s father Ryan Starling expressed his gratitude to the Trump administration for taking steps for investigating the state of the recent decree.

Even school administrators working in the CIF jurisdiction celebrates the DEE investigation.

Chairman of the Chino Unified School Board, Sonja Shaw, told PK Press Club Digital that she called for consequences for all institutions that have enabled Transgender athletes to participate in women’s sports.
“As the mother of two CIF athletes, president of the school board and children defender, I saw the devastating impact of these policies. said Shaw.
“This investigation is a critical step in the right direction, but we need a real and decisive action. CIF – and any entity which violates title IX – must face consequences, including the withdrawal of funding.
“We have warned you, Cif. Now, face the consequences.”
Amber French, a female swimmer at California Baptist University, argued that the CIF allowing transgender athletes to compete with girls to deprive the biological female athletes of university opportunities and endangers their security.
“If you allow men to participate in female sports, fewer women will have the opportunity to go to the CIF and swim before university coaches to be recruited,” French told PK Press Club Digital. “Allow men who do not want to compete with their sex rival in female races remove all the women who work hard. There are distinct categories for a reason.
“This survey is the first step to protect integrity, security and opportunities for female sports.”
The CIF told PK Press Club Digital that he had been informed of the next survey.
“Although the CIF has been informed of the investigation, we are not starting to pending investigations,” said a spokesperson for the CIF.
Trump’s DOE will also investigate Minnesota’s High School Athletics Association for having refused to comply with the decree.
The DOE also investigates the San Jose State University, the University of Pennsylvania and the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association for separate incidents involving transgender athletes that participate in a female or female sports team.
