The fate of Sean Diddy Combs is suspended while the jury is divided on the Racket load

Sean Diddy Combs faces a legal turn while the jury is divided on racketeering

The federal trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs is approaching the final judgment while the jurors hold one in five verdicts.

After 12 hours of discussion, the jury returned one of four accusations, including sexual traffic and transportation of a person for prostitution. But they remain divided on racketeering.

About NBC News, The jury informed the American district judge Aran Subramanian on July 1 that they had not been able to achieve a common opinion on the accusation of racketeering due to “non -persuadable views”.

In order for the rapper to be found guilty of racketeering, the jurors must believe that there was a spoken or tacit agreement between at least two people to commit crimes, and that Combs knowingly participated.

The verdict on the four accusations has not yet been read. The court will resume on July 2.

Combs has faced several proceedings since November 2023, when Cassie Ventura accused him of sexual assault. This case was settled a day later, but no more accusers have come forward since.
