- The earpieces with ear to edify are Bluetooth 6.0
- Just 100g, so much lighter than equivalent sony cans
- The management of the audio codec is a bit disappointing
We have been waiting for a while since the first Bluetooth 6.0 headphones have arrived, and it seems that Edifying has beaten its competitors with the launch of the terribly named but Funky Doo as Sur-Oreilles.
The DOO ACE – A name that woven every time I type it – are Bluetooth 6.0 with a multi -point couple. But the presence of the latest Bluetooth does not necessarily mean that you will want to buy them, because there are some drawbacks at the specification – and as they are currently only available in China, you may not be able to buy them at all.
EDIFIE DOO ACE LIRE: Key characteristics and price
Doo ACE headphones promise a noise reduction based on AI, 32 mm drivers and an audio socket for wired connections. There is a game mode with reduced latency, and edify says that you can also use them as a remote shutter control for your phone’s camera.
However, as reports Notebookcheck.net, the support of the audio codec is limited: SBC, A2DP, AVRCP and HFP – Not only is nothing like APTX or LDAC, there is not even LC3, the Bluetooth Bluetooth Bluetooth by default which is part of the Bluetooth the Bluetooth audio.
At 100 g, these headphones are very light compared to rivals such as the 147 g Sony WH-CH520, but this light weight means less battery capacity: the battery life is 25 hours claimed, half of that of the Sonys. The fast load will give you 5 hours of playback from a load of 15 minutes.
There are four colors, mother -of -pearl white, sunset, terrestrial brown and secret blue, and the price in China is CNY229 (about $ 32 / £ 24).
We do not know if the DOO ACE will be launched on other markets, but of course, if they will make you know. As far as we can say, these are the first headphones revealed with Bluetooth 6.0 – We cannot find any other proofs, but let us know in the comments if you have seen it.
They are not exactly a flagship showcase of what Bluetooth can do compared to the best wireless headphones, but they are funky, inexpensive and lightness is very impressive.
