Caitlin Clark Could only be in her second season in the WNBA, but what she has already done for women’s basketball is enough for Cooper Flagg to place her on her Mont Rushmore.
During his introductory press conference after being selected first on the whole Dallas Mavericks On Wednesday evening, the Duke product was asked which players were on its NBA and the WNBA Mount Rushmore.

Flagg rocked Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant like his best choices in the NBA. For the female game, he named Candace Parker, Brittney Griner and A’ja Wilson.

For his latest choice in the WNBA, Flagg appointed the Indiana fever Star and qualified his choice, saying he believes she has won this place because of her impact on women’s basketball.
“I could put Caitlin Clark there, just because she changed the game so much and he is heading in the right direction,” he told journalists on Friday. “I love what she could do.”
Clark was the first global choice in 2024 Wgb Draft after an out -of -competition career in Iowa. She had an immediate impact on the pros, helping the fever to make an appearance in the playoffs for the first time since 2016. She was appointed recruit of the year of the WNBA in a season that has experienced viewers and record attendance.
