The former Michigan star tears the Ohio State football stadium

The Red Wings practice experience was radically different this week. The Detroit franchise in the NHL has patinated around a temporary skating rink in the middle of the Ohio stadium, the house of the Ohio State Buckeyes football team.

Dylan Larkin, who has become the celebrity of hockey with the Wolverines of Michigan, criticized the aesthetics of the football stadium.

“This is probably the ugliest stadium in which I have ever been,” said Larkin.

The Red Wings were in Columbus, Ohio, Friday for training before the match of the series on Saturday stadium against the Blue Jackets.

“I’m sure the ice will be a little better (tonight), being colder,” said Kane. “Sometimes, today, I noticed it a little. You are skating in the wind, then, in the other direction, you are sweating with the wind behind your back. It could be something that comes into play where they could perhaps change the sides with 10 minutes on the left (the third) period.”

The 2025 Stadium series will give the Red Wings a chance to take revenge for the defeat of 5-2 on Thursday against the Blue Jackets in Detroit.
