The former quarter of the NFL, Jay Cutler, accepted a advocacy agreement on Tuesday after being stopped for Dui last fall.
Cutler pleaded guilty to an accusation of conduct under the influence in a courtroom in Tennessee, according to WSMV. The agreement rejects an accusation of possession of weapons, although he must lose his weapon.
Cutler must also spend four days in prison, which he will serve next month and will pay a fine of $ 350.

He was arrested after allegedly hitting the back of another vehicle last October in Franklin, Tennessee. The officers on the scene said that he crushed his speech and that the former NFL quarter-rear refused to participate in sobriety tests on the ground. A blood sample was then taken from a local hospital under a mandate.
The authorities found a rifle and a pistol loaded in the central console of the Cutler truck.

It was initially accused of Dui, non-exercise of showing care to avoid collision, implicit consent and possession of a handgun under the influence. These accusations, apart from Dui, were all rejected under the advocacy agreement.
After having served his four days in prison, Cutler must attend a security course and will be in probation unattended for a year. His driving license was also revoked.

Cutler was the 11th choice in total of the 2006 NFL recovery by Denver Broncos after playing Vanderbilt.
He played 37 broncos games from 2006 to 2008 before spending the Bears in Chicago, where he spent the majority of his 12 -year career in the NFL.
He launched for 23,443 yards and 154 affected on 102 regular season games with Chicago. The Bears only reached the playoffs once under his direction in 2010.

Cutler ended his career in the NFL with 35,133 yards by the pass and 160 affected on 153 games, including his last season in 2017 with the Miami dolphins.
