The biggest secrecy of the offseason came out after Aaron Rodgers officially joined the Pittsburgh Steelers.
It’s a year for the 41 -year -old man, who has spent his last two seasons with the New York Jets, each ending with a great disappointment.
But the Steelers, while choosing not to select a very tuned quarter -rear in the NFL draft – they wrote Will Howard in the sixth round – Targeted Rodgers since practically the start of the offseason.

Ex-Steeler Ryan Clark is not a fan of the signature.
“This is the worst case for fans of Pittsburgh Steelers,” said Clark on ESPN on Thursday. “He continues to keep you mired in mediocrity. Will this team be better? If it has improved in the quarter-Arrière room? Absolutely. Will they face this championship that people and fans and the organization think the norm? No, they won’t do it.
“They will fight for a place of Joker. They will probably be at home the first week of the playoffs and will again seek a quarter of a franchise.
“If you had told me that you were going to associate one of the greatest coaches of that time with one of the best quarters of that time, I expected greatness. This is not what we will get. Perhaps six years ago, but not now.”

This offseason, the jets made the decision to spend Rodgers after two years with him under the center. His first season did not take place as planned after tearing an Achilles in week 1, but a 5-12 file last season was not what someone with 1 jets expected with a healthy rodgers under the center.
Rodgers was back on the market for free agents for any quarter-arre team. However, the same problem with which the jets were confronted when they were trying to exchange for Rodgers with the Green Bay packers hanged on its availability – retirement.

Rodgers will direct the offensive of Arthur Smith who will not present the Large George Pickens recipient in 2025 after having been exchanged this off -season with Dallas Cowboys. Pittsburgh, however, concluded an agreement with the Seahawks to land the Bowler DK Metcalf to assume this role of wide receiver.
Rodgers will also work with the tight winger Pat Freiermuth, the Robert Woods and Calvin Austin receptors and a young dynamic rear field of Jaylen Warren and the choice of third round Kaleb Johnson.
The quarter-back quarter of the MVP had a solid finish in his campaign in 2024 despite injuries harassed at the start. During his last 10 games with New York, he launched 18 affected and only four interceptions.

Rodgers will be 42 years old in December, when he hopes to be in the playoff position with the third NFL team in his career at the renowned temple.
The only title of the Rodgers Super Bowl came against the Steelers in 2011.
