There was a time when the life of Travis Kelce’s meetings was the subject of entertainment media, even without Taylor Swift.
In 2016, the Kansas City End chiefs had his own meeting show, “Catching Kelce”, on which he tried to go out with 50 women, one of each state, in order to find a girlfriend. The show lasted a season.
Kelce’s former teammate, the leader of all time, the leader of all time, Derrick Johnson, told PK Press Club Digital how the locker rooms had reacted to the Kelce meeting show.

“He tried not to [talk about the show in the locker room] But we sometimes tease him, because when you play for Andy Reid, there is no distractions. You have to do your job and do it at a high level. We were therefore aware of the show in the locker room. We were throwing different things there. But when it comes to football, it was all things, “said Johnson.
Kelce was 27 years old in October 2016 when the program was broadcast, overlapping with this year’s NFL season. The tight end was in the middle of its first reception season of 1,000 yards and the seasons of the second of 10 years Pro Bowl. And while the teases of the show came in the locker room, Johnson said that team veterans also respected the abilities of the young Kelce with regard to the meetings.

“He had taken care of this. Good or bad, this is the area in which he does not need help,” said Johnson.
The first and only season of the show ended with Kelce by choosing a competitor from Kentucky, Maya Benberry, like her girlfriend. However, in 2017, Kelce would have started to go out with her next girlfriend, the Kayla Nicole model.

Kelce and Nicole would have released for five years until May 2022.
Once Kelce started his relationship with Swift in 2023, Johnson took note.
“He exceeded his cover. Big Time de Taylor,” said Johnson. “Kelce is also high time, in terms of football, but it is globally. So they are definitely a couple of power.”

Johnson left the Chiefs for Raiders Rivaux for his last season in 2018, but his sustainable influence preceded the historic team dynasty and three Super Bowl victories, with five trips in total to the Big Game, from 2019 to February 2024.
Johnson was famous for a defense team leader in the first years of Kelce’s career.
“None of us knew who he could really be. He probably didn’t know it either. And once he started after his second year, third year, I said to myself:” This guy is the man! “” Said Johnson.
