The golden age Season 4 was enlightened by HBO shortly before the broadcast of the episode of the third season.

Let us recap what we have learned in the last episodes of season 3. George’s life was suspended in the closing scene of episode 7 of season 3. He had previously won Clay (Patrick Page) and M. Sage (Peter McRobbie), putting the company on the right track despite their rivalry. However, it has a price. A letter quickly visited George’s office, pulling a weapon on his secretary before targeting him directly on George himself. The pistol turned off, the screen becomes black and we did not know if it were alive or died.
In episode 8, we discover that George was well shot, but managed to make a miraculous recovery. Hourra! The lives are saved and the Russells can return to the stoic force of the New York society that they have always been, right? Fake. Once George is enough to remember that he was broadcast live on HBO Max, he quickly said to his wife Bertha that he is not even sure if he loves or trusts him, leaving for New York without as much a friendly thought between them.
Just as Gladys announces that she is pregnant in the last moments of the episode, George is apparently out of the photo. This means that Bertha obtained everything she worked, but has now been left without a stable family unit.
Regarding Carrie Coon, Bertha will not take any of these diapers. Speaking of the Hollywood Reporter, she explained: “It is heartbreaking, of course. But, at the same time, her wheels are already running on how she will repair it. You know that she will not give it up. She is tireless, of course.
