“Our schools can provide additional details because they decide to do so because they manage things internally.”

The player who was the target of the pancake suffered injuries to the spine, according to his mother.

“An incident that occurred during the Kalamazoo central High School junior football match on September 19 was the action of an individual student who posted a blatant act against an opposing team player,” Kalamazoo public schools said.

“This type of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the values ​​of the sporting spirit, respect and integrity that Kalamazoo public schools await students-athletes, coaches and the whole school community.”
