New Delhi: Despite Pakistan’s repeated offers to solve the pending problems via dialogue for peace in the region, Indian officials continued to publish hostile statements, fueling war hysteria.
In a final statement, the Indian Minister of Defense said that the country would use the firepower of his navy in response to any future “assault” by Pakistan.
The declaration occurred for weeks after the fiercest fighting for decades between the two nuclear arms neighbors.
Relations between Pakistan and India are tense after four days of fighting this month, which involved fighter planes, missiles, drones and artillery before the announcement of a ceasefire.
“If Pakistan uses something bad or constraint, this time he will face fire power and the anger of the Indian navy,” said Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on the aircraft carrier Ins Vikrant off the coast of Goa’s West Goa.
A spokesperson for the Pakistani army has referred Reuters To a press release of May 12, which said that there would be a “complete and decisive” response whenever Pakistan’s sovereignty was “threatened and territorial integrity raped”.
The last fights broke out after 26 people, mainly tourists, were killed during an attack on April 22 in Jammu-et-Cachemire of Indian origin (Iiojk).
New Delhi blamed the attack on Pakistan without offering proof. Pakistan rejected Indian allegations and called for an independent Incident investigation.
A ceasefire entered into force on May 10 and a senior Pakistani military official said Reuters Friday, the two countries were about to reduce their accumulation of troops along their border at preconfused levels.
The Indian Navy said that she had deployed her carrier combat group, her submarines and other aviation assets in the Northern Arabian Sea within 96 hours of the attack on April 22.
Defense Minister Singh said “Operation Sindoor”, under which India has launched strikes on Pakistan, has been interrupted, but not yet finished.
“We have stopped our military actions in our own words. Our forces had not even started to show their power,” he said.
Earlier this month, the Pakistan armed forces launched a large-scale military reprisal action, called “Bunyan-UM-Marsoos operation”, and targeted several Indian military targets in several regions.
Military action came in response to the unlikely missiles of India and drone strikes on civilians and military facilities in different parts of Pakistan.
Pakistan has shot down its six fighter planes, including three bursts and dozens of drones. After at least 87 hours, the war between the two nuclear nations ended on May 10 with a cease-fire agreement negotiated by the United States.
According to ISPR, a total of 53 people, including 13 staff of the armed forces and 40 civilians, were martyred in Indian strikes during the recent military confrontation.
