Islamabad:
The Iranian president, Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, is expected to arrive here on Saturday for a two -day state visit to Pakistan on August 2 to 3, 2025 at the invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Dr. Pezeshkian will be accompanied by a high -level delegation, notably the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Seyyed Abbas Arabhchi, higher ministers and other senior officials, according to a press release from Foreign Office.
During his stay, President Pezeshkian will meet President Asif Ali Zardari and will hold talks at the delegation with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. This marks the first official visit of Dr Pezeshkian in Pakistan as president of Iran.
