- The Jackery Explorer 1500 Ultra portable power station handles up to 1800W of surge power
- Maintains 2000W of power for 15 minutes beyond the station’s conventional capabilities
- 1,536 Wh battery with UPS response of less than 20 ms ensures uninterrupted performance
The Jackery Explorer 1500 Ultra is a kWh capacity portable power station designed for extreme outdoor, professional and emergency use.
This device features a 1536Wh battery with a UPS response of less than 20 milliseconds, designed to handle devices requiring up to 1800W of peak power.
Unlike regular portable power stations, it maintains 2000W of power for 15 minutes, which is enough for outdoor use and home backup scenarios.
Handle high-demand devices with extended peak output
Powered by EV-grade LiFePO4 battery cells, the Explorer 1500 Ultra claims to preserve 70% of battery health after 4,000 charge cycles.
With this standard, the device can achieve up to ten years of operational reliability under normal conditions.
Jackery equips the Explorer 1500 Ultra with ChargeShield 2.0 fast charging technology, capable of fully recharging the device in approximately 1.5 hours.
It also supports solar input up to 800W, allowing a full recharge in approximately 2.5 hours in optimal sunlight conditions.
The station provides multiple outputs, including two AC outlets, USB-C and USB-A ports and a 12V car outlet, allowing the simultaneous operation of various devices.
Its maximum power of 3,600W can last up to 10 times longer than conventional designs and claims to provide a more stable power supply for high-demand equipment.
The Explorer 1500 Ultra features a patented multi-layer titanium alloy chassis, dual-layer PMMA and a polycarbonate composite screen.
It also features double-sided silicone impact pads, providing protection against dust, water and 1 meter drops.
An IP65 rated enclosure protects against sand, dust and splashing water. Immersing it in water will damage the device.
It supports seismic resistance level 9, meets vibration standards and has passed 1 meter drop testing without functional damage.
Additional features include multi-faceted beveled corners, a sculpted motorsport-inspired shape, laser-etched surface textures and a removable metal outer shell.
Designed for terrestrial filming, remote location filming and emergency response scenarios, the Explorer 1500 Ultra can power systems such as Starlink for up to 50 hours.
It weighs 38.6 lbs (17.5 kg), which Jackery says makes it the lightest IP65 kWh class station available.
The power station also includes a support arm and protective silicone flaps to improve protection against dust and water during active use.
“The Explorer 1500 Ultra represents a different level of intent in how we design and build power solutions,” said Steven Wang, vice president of Jackery’s Americas business department.
“This product was designed for people who don’t compromise on performance, materials, or reliability…the 1500 Ultra reflects precision engineering and premium manufacturing, while delivering the rugged capabilities that professionals and homeowners depend on.” »
