Islamabad:
The bench of the High Court of Islamabad (IHC) which heard petitions deposited against the forced disappearance of citizens has disintegrated after the challenge of a member of the bench.
A special bench led by judge Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and including judge Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri and judge Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the crucial affair.
When the court resumed hearing the case on Thursday, judge Kayani told the petitioners and the respondents that Judge Tahir had challenged the issue.
