Naughty Dog is currently developing a second unexpected game alongside Intergalactic: the heretical prophet.
It is according to The last of us The creative director Neil Druckmann, who shared in the last episode of The Press X To continue Podcast (via VGC) which he acts as a producer on the mystery game while working on Intergalactic as a director.
“There is another game on which he is worked at Naughty Dog where I am more in a producer role and I will mentor, monitor this other team, give comments and be the executive in the room,” said Druckmann. “I appreciate all these roles, and the fact that I go from one to the other makes my work very exciting and always fresh. I never bother it.”
Druckmann also confirmed who works Intergalactic Besides him, including two game directors, Matthew Gallant and Kurt Margenau, as well as the Clear Carré co-series.
“So there are times when I am absent and they are in charge, and I come back and I am surprised and take advantage of certain choices they have made, and others, I get our hair back and we have to change the course or discuss on this subject.”
VGC stressed that it means Uncharted: the lost heritage director Shaun Escayg and The last of us: Part 2 Director Anthony Newman is currently not attached to any announced title, suggesting that they could work on the new Mystery project.
