- Funcom has published a new Awakening Dunes trailer presenting the open world of Arrakis

A whole new Awakening Dunes Trailer was published by presenting the vast Open World of Arrakis planet.
The multiplayer Dune The game is a few months old and to prepare for the Funcom launch has published new images offering an in -depth overview of the open world of the game.
The video, which you can watch below, deeply plunges into the way the exploration will be a vital characteristic. To survive and cross the planet of the desert, the players will have to collect materials to develop a shelter, their dark and their first vehicle to cross great distances.
The images also gave us a new look at the vehicle’s scanning module, which can be used to search for resources in smaller areas, as well as how certain cliffs can be put to the scale to launch an investigation probe which will reveal larger areas of land, shipwreck and abandoned imperial test stations.
In addition to the vehicles, players will be able to use the shigawire claw and the suspense belt to cross areas that are more difficult to reach and improve their vehicles with new modules.

In the end of the game of the game, the deep desert, the players will have to be aware of Coriolis storms. These are deadly planetary storms that regularly sweep the card and modify the field of the map each time.
After each storm, however, new resources and locations will be revealed which can then be identified to make cards for sale on the exchange to other players.
Awakening Dunes Officially launches May 20, 2025 for PC via Steam. Although the game was confirmed for PS5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, there is not yet a release date for the console.
In the meantime, players can now download the official reference mode, which will allow Steam users to test hardware performance and system compatibility.
The character designer is also available, and once a character made, he can be recorded and imported later into the game at launch.
