  • Android 16 QPR1 Beta 1 is now released
  • This includes the expressive redoppsion of Android on Android
  • However, these modifications will not be unrolled with the first version of Android 16

Hot on the heels of Google’s Android show, the company has now deployed its new Android look in beta form.

If you have a compatible handset (which means a pixel phone from Google Pixel 6), you can now download Android QPR1 (Platform Quarterly Platform version 1) Beta 1, whose functionality is the new expressive redesign of equipment 3.

This gives Android a brand new look, with major visual changes in the lock screen, launcher, the quick parameter screen and notifications. And these are not only static visuals, as expressive equipment 3 also includes new motion effects.
