“That we, all the Americans, meet in solidarity to strengthen our nation, put an end to these insane acts and turn to civil speech to discuss our differences,” said a message broadcast before the game throughout the stadium.
In a statement to PK Press Club Digital Thursday, the League confirmed that it “had asked all clubs to follow the management of the presidential proclamation of the White House and to steal flags at half of the staff in their ball game”.
The proclamation of the White House ordered that the flags are half stolen from the staff until sunset on Sunday.
