Pakistan raised the question of the Indians illegally occupied the Jammu and the cashmere on the sidelines of the organization of Islamic cooperation during the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly. In a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan – attached by Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia and Niger – expressed “unshakable support for the inalienable right of the cashmere people to self -determination”.
“Soulies that some of the unjustified claims of Indian leaders and irresponsible statements concerning Azad Jammu and Cashmire and Gilgit-Baltistan constitute a threat to regional peace.”
This could refer to recent statements made by Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday. The minister insinuated that the Sindhoor operation had not ended but only stopped, with a possible “second and third phase of Operation Sindhoor”. He said India would take control of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
Operation Sindhoor was India’s military action against Pakistan following a Pahalgam attack. India was baseless Islamabad responsible for the attack and launched a military response which killed 51 Pakistanis. In response to India attacks, the Pakistani army launched Operation Bunyanum Marsoos. Pakistan and India have agreed from a cease-fire negotiated by US President Trump.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (FO) spoke against the conduct of the Indian army in the Indians illegally occupied Jammu-et-Cachemire (IIOJK) following the attack on Pahalgam. The Indian authorities launched in July an expulsion campaign targeting Muslims, expeling 1,900 people in Bangladesh, as reported by the Washington Post.
India has maintained around 700,000 soldiers in the valley, making it one of the most militarized places on earth.
“Condemn the productive detention of milliaes of Caurius, dissected and looks of the Humane; Prohibition of many political parties in cashmere; And the current campaign to confiscate the properties of cashmere activists. ”
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan also called for the resolution of the old people’s older cashmere in accordance with the United Nations resolutions.
Addressing the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, he said that dialogue is the only way to follow to solve the problem, stressing that preserving peace and stability in South Asia is the utmost importance.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar are both present in New York, attend the UNGA session. According to diplomatic sources, the Prime Minister will briefly travel to Washington from New York for a meeting with President Trump.
