The NFC East may have one of the most difficult schedules in the NFL this season, but that does not dissuade Dez Bryant from predicting which division will bring the Vince Lombardi trophy in 2026.
Bryant, the legend of Dallas cowboys, has confidence in predicting that a team from the NFC East will once again hoist the trophy when the Super Bowl LX arrives at an end.
“This is the division to watch. I think the Super Bowl is coming out of the East this year,” Bryant at PK Press Club Digital told Fanatics Fest.

Earlier this year, the Eagles of Philadelphia won the trophy, beating the Chiefs of Kansas City, 40-22, in a dominant performance in New Orleans.
The Eagles should be the team to beat again outside the NFC, not to mention the division is, while they refer all their main offensive players, including Saquon Barkley, who received an extension in addition to the agreement he signed with Philadelphia during the offseason.

Bryant intends to go to Texas for the team’s training camp to see how Schottenhe is moving the group before week 1. He thinks that the longtime coach of the NFL, who is in his first year as a chief trainer, already establishes the right culture.

“I love everything he has done lately,” said Bryant. “You have to give him his credit. He has the energy flowing in the building, the guys are happy to be there, and the guys would run through a wall for him. So, I can’t wait to see what’s going on.”
But there are also the Washington commanders, one of the most surprising teams in 2025 after the recruit Jayden Daniels led the team to its first NFC championship match in decades. They lost against the Eagles, but there is a lot to love in Washington, going ahead with Daniels at the helm.
Now the last team in the division is one of the former rivals of Bryant. And to date, it does not care to send gunshots.

With the NFC East in the face of the NFC North and AFC West divisions during the regular season, the Giants, with Russell Wilson who should open the way to quarter-Arrières, could find it difficult to get back into the playoffs.
