Islamabad:
On Thursday, the LHCBA filed a various request before the Supreme Court, requesting the postponement of a meeting of the Judicial Commission, scheduled for February 11.
In its petition, the LHCBA declared that the court had issued opinions in the 26th case of constitutional modification, while a meeting of the judicial commission was called for the appointment of judges before the Supreme Court. He added that a general impression was that the meeting had been called for “legal packaging”.
The appointment of eight judges of the Supreme Court will be examined during the meeting of the judicial committee on February 11.
