After the mother of all the Hattricks, Ted Lasso Season 4 is officially underway, according to a new Apple TV +teaser. In the clip (see below), Jason Sudeikis (Ted Lasso), Hannah Waddingham (Rebecca Welton), Juno Temple (Keeley Jones) and Jeremy Swift (Leslie Higgins) are gathered, with a scene filmed in sodium at home from Kansas City, suggesting that a change of place of Richmond will be presented in the next facility. However, the scene is cut before things can really start, so what really happens is someone’s assumption.
Also in the air is the release date of possible season 4, alongside whether other members of the basic distribution will return. Phil Dunster (Jamie Tartt), Nick Mohammed (Nathan ‘Nate’ Shelley), Sarah Niles (Dr Sharon M Fieldstone), Anthony Head (Rupert Mannion) Hughes) and James Lance (Trent Crimm) are not yet confirmed for a return Ted Lasso, and we would probably not discover if they are much closer to the Success Apple TV show +‘This release (or at least with enough time spent for a full trailer for season 4 to be published).
You may have noticed a missing name in the list above, and that’s for a good reason. Even if they do not appear in the production teaser of season 4 of Ted Lasso, we know that they have been promoted in regular series … and were quickly recovered in the process.

I’m talking about Henry, who is Ted Lasso’s son in previous seasons. It was originally played by Gus Turner, but instead that Turner returns for the role, Obi-wanGrant Feely took over. In March 2025, sources said (via The Independent) that the show was trying to rediscover Henry in order to use an actor who was “competent in football”, which means that we will probably see Henry in the field even more in the future episodes. Deadline Also confirmed that Henry is now a regular in the series from season 4, appearing more rarely on the seasons 1-3.
Of course, this is not the only change on the field that we expect to see in season 4. Ted will now train the AFC Richmond women’s football team, with stars like Tanya Reynolds (Sex education))Jude Mack (Back in action), Faye Marsay (Adolescence), Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey (Jurassic World: Dominion) and Abbie Hern (My lady Jane) to play the role of new players. Currently, all we know is that these new faces are definitely on board to a certain extent.
If you looked Ted Lasso Season 3, you will remember that we stopped with everything that was enveloped, and it seemed that all our key players were going on the horizon with their happy ends. Ted did not abandon the coach, entirely, rather to train the Henry football team after returning to Kansas City. AFC Richmond beat its rival while ranking second in the general classification of the League, Rebecca revealing that she is selling the club. Apple TV + has so far confirmed the following plot for season 4: “Ted returns to Richmond, taking up its biggest challenge to date: to train a second division women’s football team. Throughout the season, Ted and the team learn to jump before looking at, taking risks, they never thought they would. ”
The way it really happens after this end of season 3 finished remains a mystery, but if it means that Lasso and the gang are gathered in Richmond, then collect me.
