Abbottabad:
An additional judge of the sessions in Abbottabad sentenced the main accused in a high -level murder case to life imprisonment, following the deadly stabs of a local resident in the Jhangi region.
The verdict came after large legal arguments, the prosecution led by an eminent lawyer of the Supreme Court, the lawyer Ali Jadoon.
According to the details of the case, the incident occurred on September 13, 2022, when the accused, Faizan, as well as his brothers Nauman and Arsalan, attacked Raza Khan when he returned home. During the altercation, Faizan fatally stabbed Raza Khan several times, causing his death to the scene due to excessive bleeding.
In the same attack, Raza Khan’s sister and her nephew, Abu Bakar, were also injured after being attacked with a knife. The two victims were transported urgently to the hospital and survived after receiving a timely medical treatment.
In order to mislead the police, Faizan would have inflicted wounds on himself and would have tried to deposit a counter-fire.
