Former receiver of Penn Stateny Lions Julian Fleming was seriously injured and his girlfriend, Alyssa Boyd, was killed in a mountain bike accident in Pennsylvania, police announced on Sunday.
Fleming 24 and Boyd, 23, led on a rural road to Bradford County near the Pennsylvania-New York border on Friday evening when they hit a deer, according to Pennsylvania state police.

Neither Fleming nor Boyd wore security equipment, police said, via the voice of citizens.
Fleming was a wide receiver that played for the Ohio State Buckeyes from 2020 to 2024. He joined Ohio State after being out of competition at Southern Columbia High School in Pennsylvania. It was the n ° 1 perspective of the State in 2020.
He was transferred to Penn State before the 2024 season to finish his eligibility for the NCAA.

He played 16 games for the Nittany Lions last season. He had 14 catches for 176 yards and a touchdown. At the Ohio State, he achieved 79 captures for 963 yards and seven affected in 38 career games.
Fleming signed with Green Bay packers as a free agent not drafted, however, his contract was canceled after failing a physique with the team.
Boyd suffered “important injuries” in the accident, police said, via the New York Post. She was a student at the University of Alabama.
