Milwaukee Bucks head coach, Doc Rivers, explained what Democrats have to do to take over the White House after President Donald Trump beat Kamala Harris in the 2024 elections.
Rivers, who is an ardent opponent of Trump who goes back to the president’s first mandate, said the Democrats had to make a change and try to put everyone on the same side of the problems.

“Well, the first thing we have to point is to get out of our comfort zone and think that if we continue to do the same thing, we will get different results,” Rivers to Nicolle Wallace from MSNBC on his podcast. “This does not happen, there must be a change on the democratic side. I do not know what this change is, but I know that the standard has not worked. The standard has worked on popular vote, but there have been states that have not voted on the democratic side for 50 years.
“We are a group to be [inclusive]Everyone is included, right? But I remember Cory Booker, we are at a function, and I ask him why Democrats cannot all agree on something, because the Republicans do it well. You have to look at some of the things they do well. One of the things they do is that they are queuing. They don’t care. If you listen to some of the things that these guys have said about Trump, then when you hear them talk now, all they do is praise, they queue. But he said something interesting. He said we have so many groups on our side, we don’t just have the white male. We have everyone, and get everyone to agree on something is very difficult, but we will have to start doing it if we want the change. “”
Rivers said that one of the things that Democrats were to move away is the “Trump has won because”. He made an analogy with the way he was going to train a match if the team came from a defeat.

“I think we have to remove the” because “, and I’m serious, Trump won and start there, not” because “Trump won and what should we do differently?
“Yeah, I come after a match we lost” because. “But I say that we have lost, but we have to do these things differently if we want to win. Then we have to force them to miss more shots, we have to do something different.
Rivers said that the net profit was that the Democrats did not have enough people to go out and vote.
“We did not get enough people to vote,” he said. “This is one thing. We have to understand, start with ourselves, how can we ignite ourselves, our side to vote more, because we have more people to vote. We have to excite them, we have to connect to them. We do not connect.

“We complain about black men. You know, the majority of black men voted for Kamala, in fact. It is just that it was not a great majority. It was not enough of people. Why is it now that it does not matter, anyway, we are not helped. How we can answer this question if we look at this part.”
