Optoma has announced a new very brilliant 4K laser projector, the Optoma UHZ68LV. He has two HDR, Dolby Vision and HDR10 +options, and promises a maximum brightness of 5,000 Lumens – this is with the brightest options among the best projectors.
It is a double laser projector, and Optoma says that it offers a 90%cinema grade color precision. It is designed for a flexible installation and can be placed in a front, rear or ceiling configuration.
Optoma UHZ68LV: Key characteristics and price
The projector is propelled by Optoma of Optoma Ultra, the latest generation of its Home theater image processor, and it is delivered with ISF calibration to optimize the image of visualization conditions. There is also the filmmaker mode so that you can enjoy films as their creators wanted.
The Optoma UHZ68LV has a zoom of 1.6x with objective lag and a projection capacity at 360 degrees, and although the complete specifications have not yet been announced, the German retailer Beamer24 details Dolby Atmos; EARC; USB-A, RJ-45 and S / PDIF; HDMI 2.0 and 2.1; an ultra-fast image mode up to 240 Hz; and low latency. The light source has a lifespan of 30,000 hours.
