Hisense has announced its smallest, lightest and most portable projector to date, the M2 Pro Smart Mini projector.
The M2 PRO is a 4K projector with 1,200 light exit lumens (the press release we received indicates 1,300 lumens, but the retailers’ lists do not agree) and the AI 4K clarity of Hisense, a series of high -end algorithms, reduce noise and optimize HDR contrast. He is able to project 4K visuals of 65 inch 200 inch sizes with what Hisense tells us is a crystalline precision.
Hissense M2 PRO: Key characteristics and price
The M2 Pro presents the pure triple color laser from Hisense, which uses discreet lasers in red, green and blue to offer a range of wide colors: 110% of the BT.2020 colorimetric space. The triple laser system was previously much larger; Hisense says that her successful miniaturization means that she has made real 4K laser projection “truly portable for the first time in the history of Hisense”.
The projector has an optical zoom with a 1.0 to 1.3 jet ratio which allows you to adjust the size and distance of the image without degrading the quality of the image, and it is filled with automation to make configuration a breeze, including the adaptation of the colors of the wall which compensates for the shade of the projection surface.
There are Dolby Audio and Virtual DTS: X Audio for space sound without an additional speaker, and the intelligent operating system Vidaa includes the usual streamers, including Netflix, YouTube and Disney +. The projector also supports the Dolby Vision HDR format.
Until now, only the American prices and launch have been announced: it will sell $ 1,299.99 and will be sold at the end of the summer of 2025. Other prices and availability will be announced shortly.
