Highpoint Technologies has unveiled a portable NVME storage solution offering near a capacity petact.
The new system includes eight of the SSD D5-P5336 from 122 TB of Soligm housed in the Raystor Rocketstor 6542AW NVME. Together, these offer 976 TB of storage in a sufficiently compact design for mobile or space constraint environments.
The Rocketstor 6542AW supports the eight SSDs via a single PCIE connection. Highpoint PCIe switching technology allows high -speed data transfer rates, meeting the performance of the heavy data industries.
High -capacity NVME storage, transparent scalability
“This collaboration between Highpoint and Soligm changes the game in storage of businesses,” said May Hwang, vice-president at Highpoint Technologies.

The device itself is just under five inch in height and a little more than nine inches long. Despite its small size, it offers complete PCIe X16 connectivity, which makes it suitable for moving professionals, small studios or corporate environments requiring powerful storage in a limited space.
This configuration supports applications such as artificial intelligence, analysis of megadata and media production, where storage speed and capacity are essential.
In AI and automatic learning, the training of models often depends on quick access to large data sets.
With its SOLIGM SSDS, the RocketStor 6542AW supports faster training cycles. This helps researchers and developers manage workloads with improved efficiency.
For backup and business HPC workloads, RAID support and high -speed connections offer secure backups, fast backups and low -latency data.
Highpoint says that the speaker is well suited to complex tasks such as engineering simulations and scientific research, where high speed is necessary.
