- Deebot X11 Omnicyclone is a new Robovac flagship of Ecovacs
- Add Gan to be loaded quickly to complete the battery whenever the bot appears at its platform
- Also boasts of mechanical climbing for large thresholds and a bagless quay
Ecovacs has a new flagship robot vacuum, the Deebot X11 omnicyclone, and it is a question of providing uninterrupted cleaning with minimal human intervention. For this, the brand has decided to create a bot that would not have to return to its platform for a prolonged recharge period in the middle of a cleaning at home.
However, he wanted to do it without adding a larger battery to the robot, which would cause a physically larger and heavier bot. The solution on which it was installed was to add fast loading features to the quay, so that each time the robot fell to have its tank tops cleaned or empty or empty its tank, it was going to complete the battery.
More specifically, Ecovacs has added a GAN load, which is a more efficient and cooler load method than the regular fast load. This speed speed function is capable of restoring 6% of the battery during a three -minute MOP cleaning cycle. Impressive.
I tested a lot of Robovac at home and I have never found a recharge time as a problem, but none of my regular test locations is particularly important. The X11 is really intended for North American houses with palatial floor plans, where home cleaning is more than one load can manage, and where to wait for your bot to finish the work can be boring.
I had time on time with the Deebot X11 at IFA 2025, and although the fast load function is quite difficult to demonstrate, I could see the other features of the bot in action.
Fantastic characteristics
A significant upgrade is to the cleaning system. The X11 has a roller mop which has been improved to make it more durable. Ecovacs added nylon strips that act like a gentle frog to dislodge dried dirt.
The roller starts to clean near the edges of the rooms. It extends further than the previous model – 15 mm after the robot body – and has tiny roller wheels on the edge which means that if it comes into contact with the edge of a room, it will not scratch.
Ecovacs is the last of a certain number of Robovac brands to solve the problem how to navigate the thresholds of large room. The X11 adds an “ 4 -wheelbarrow adaptive climbing system ”, where the levers on the wheels lift the robot, so that it can make its way in differently prohibited rooms or on thick carpets to continue its cleaning trip. It can erase a unique step of 2.4 cm or 4 cm if the steps are staggered.
What distinguishes this bot is that the whole process is mechanical – the levers automatically engage when the bot reaches a big step. This makes it more reliable than technological approaches which require, for example, the camera to correctly identify a threshold.
Finally, the quay was upgraded. In particular, it no longer requires bags. With the manual vacuum cleaners of the sticks largely by largely removing the bags, it was a little behind to have them to treat them again with the modern Robovacs.
Ecovacs takes care of this by adding cyclone technology to separate the big debris from fine dust, preventing clogging and maintaining things that smoothly flow – even without a bag to keep everything that contained. All this is housed in a transparent cartridge in the platform. (It looks a lot like the system that appears on the newly announced Dyson robot vacuum cleaner.)
