The Supreme Court of Nevada unanimously rejected the NFL petition to repeat a recent decision concerning Jon Gruden.
Gruden was the beneficiary of a key decision in his case against the League in August while the Supreme Court of Nevada determined that his case could continue in court instead of arbitration.
At the time, the Supreme Court of Nevada ruled in a decision 5-2 according to which “the arbitration clause in the Constitution of the NFL is inadmissible and did not apply to Gruden as a former employee”.

The NFL appealed this decision and Thursday, the court again ruled against the League, 7-0. ESPN said the League is likely to appeal to the United States Supreme Court.
Gruden continued the NFL in 2021 after having separated from Las Vegas raiders when the emails revealed emails that revealed racist, sexist and homophobic emails.
The former head coach and longtime football personality has filed a complaint against the League and Commissioner Roger Goodell, alleging that a “malicious and orchestrated campaign” was used to destroy his career on the run of emails. The disclosed messages came from his ESPN analyst and the “Monday Night Football” broadcaster.
The NFL appealed to the High Court of Nevada in 2022 after a Las Vegas judge rejected the League offers to reject Gruden’s complaint or to order the talks outside the field through an arbitration process which could be supervised by GOODELL.

Gruden was the Raiders head coach when the team moved from Oakland to Las Vegas. He requests monetary damage, alleging that the selective disclosure of emails ruined his career and approval transactions.
Since he was released by Las Vegas raiders in 2021, he was seen with the Saints of New Orleans helping to consult Derek Carr when he was a quarter of the team. He was Also restored At the Ring of Honor of the Buccaneers of Tampa Bay.
He has since joined “Barstool Sports” as a media personality and welcomed “Gruden’s QB Class” with incoming quarters before the draft.
Gruder recently revealed That he “works hard to perhaps get one more blow” after a visit with the Lions of Detroit.
“I hope I’m not finished. I’m about to make a comeback …” he said in July. “I hope that some of these guys who have fallen from my branch, if you say it this way, they may be involved because I am looking for a job.
