The Pak-Saudi mutual defense agreement is the result of decades of friendship: experts

Islamabad:

Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed the historic mutual defense agreement (SMDA) on Wednesday during the visit of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Riyadh.

Geo-strategic experts consider that the strategic capacity of Pakistan is focused on India and not to achieve religious or ideological objectives.

These experts are of the opinion that neither Pakistan nor KSA have aggressive ambitions against any country; Consequently, any confusion created in this regard is based on hypotheses with malicious objectives.

The defense systems of Pakistan and KSA are intended for their people and the respective territories, said the experts, adding that people who bind it with recent events do not understand the essence of Pak-Kk historical relations.

They only try to create unjustified anxiety and speculation, said experts, adding that the Pakistan-Kssa Defense Pact is the result of decades of friendship and not due to certain recent events or incidents.
