On Friday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif approved the first impact obligation on the skills of Pakistan – a modern model that will attract private investments to make young employees.
He approved the project while chairing an exam meeting here on the roadmap for providing a job for young people.
As part of the new model, young people will learn skills in accordance with contemporary requirements, which will allow them and allow them to play an important role in the economic development of the country.
The model is called “successful remuneration”, under which public or donors are only released when independently verified results, such as job creation or a certain income threshold, are obtained.
Speaking at the meeting, the Prime Minister ordered that new measures be taken to improve the ability of young people, train them in skills in accordance with contemporary requirements and ensure employment after training.
He expressed his satisfaction at the performance of the Prime Minister’s youth program, the Pakistani Ministry of Affairs abroad, the National Professional and Technical Training Commission and all related institutions, providing youth employment.
He said opportunities should be offered to young people to learn local languages from other countries to help them find a job abroad.
A complete roadmap based on the estimated number of employment possibilities and the hiring of young people in Pakistan and abroad should be presented, he said that he will examine the progress of the implementation of the roadmap every two months.
The Prime Minister said that training qualified people abroad should have priority.
A campaign should be launched to educate young people about the job possibilities available at the Digital Young Center, he said.
He said that the talented youth of Pakistan was its most precious asset.
Providing education and skills employable to young people will change the fate of the country, he said that the addition of talented young people from Pakistan made the name of their country in the whole world shine.
The meeting was informed that the federal government, on the Prime Minister’s instructions, took full measures to ensure young people in Pakistan and abroad as well as the supply of skills and education to make them employable.
Participants were informed of the annual estimate of employment for youth employment in Pakistan and abroad as part of the new program. The program will autonomize young people and help them with self -sufficiency, entrepreneurship and direct placement.
The meeting has been informed that more than 500,000 people have registered in the digital power station so far, while more than 1.7 million people have downloaded its request.
In addition to that, more than 500 companies have been recorded. There were more than 47,000 employment possibilities in Pakistan and more than 100,000 jobs were available abroad in addition to the availability of more than 2,000 scholarships.
More than 500 institutions, including Pakistani embassies abroad, government agencies, private companies and other NGOs, including the United Nations, are linked to the portal.
Federal ministers Ahad Khan Cheema, Attaullah Tarar, the youth program of Prime Minister Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, the National Assembly member of Amina Batool and the senior officials concerned attended the meeting.
