Blitz Royale, a quick version of 32 regular Battle Royale game players that last only five minutes, was added to the game last month. But what was sure to be a limited -time game mode could potentially stay for good.
In a new publication on social networks, Epic Games announced that “four weeks of” additional “updates are on the way, with the first start on July 15.
The developer has also teased that new capacities, locations, such as Mega City, and surprise collaborations will drop over next month.

With epic games extending the royal blitz, players are curious to see if it means that the game mode will become a permanent element of the popular online shooter.
“I love the blitz, he should certainly remain permanent. I wonder if it will come to FN in permanent mode for next season,” said a user on the game sanderdit.
It seems that the developer is already considering there, because earlier this month, he published a survey on X / Twitter asking fans what changes they would like to see in addition to “permanent make blitz”.
