- Nvidia has published a new Ready driver for RTX 5070 support and DLSS 4 updates for some new and current games
- Users continue to express frustrations regarding black screen problems after a new pilot update
- It can be ideal for keeping updates until Team Green comes out of the more stable versions
The tables are gradually running in the battle between Nvidia and AMD on the GPU market, with the launch of the former RTX 5000 series with a litany of problems, which AMD fully benefits with its launch of the Radeon RX 9000 series. Although the new Ready Ready driver from Team Green promises a solution for certain previous problems, it can be a good idea to stay away for the moment.
In a blog published by Nvidia, a new Ready Ready pilot (572.70) is available that supports its new RTX 5070 GPU, as well as the management of the Multi-Trames DLSS 4 generation for certain games. He also suggests a correction for a previous black screen problem during the start -up attempt in systems while using DisplayPort.
This problem seemed widespread after the people installed in the 572.60 pilot – I can corroborate this because the start -up in Windows 11 led to the disappearance of the connection screen, leaving only the mouse cursor. The solution was to uninstall the “latest quality update” of the Windows 11 recovery mode and bring the pilot to 572.47 for stability.
This is not the first time that this has happened – the pilot who introduced DLSS 4 Override for RTX GPUs (572.16), would have caused the blue screen of death errors during the game, especially in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 When activating or setting the frame generation parameters.
A hotfix (572.65) was published to approach the major bug of 572.60, but the problem remained (according to some Reddit users). Meanwhile, while the publication notes of the new update 572.70 suggest that the black screen problems have been solved, users always signal the same problems, in parallel with stuttering in games and a black screen bug during the installation of the pilot. It is not ideal, especially for those who use the new RTX 5070 of Team Green (the pilot was specifically published to support the GPU), and adds to the list of controversies surrounding the new Blackwell GPUs.

Roll your drivers and stay away at the moment
Unless you use an RTX 5070, I suggest that you go back your NVIDIA graphics pilot as soon as possible – I have been using driver 572.47 since it encountered the starting problem of the black screen and I haven’t looked back.
Team Green is under fire for several problems concerning his Blackwell GPU, and I’m afraid of not ending anytime soon. The last thing you want to happen is that a future unstable pilot considerably affects your system, and recurring BSODs, accidents at stake, installation problems and non -reactive black screens are not an excellent sign of my book.
I must note that not all PC configurations are the same, and it is likely that some can not encounter any of these problems (which, I hope, is the case) – but with the consistency of shared frustrations and the similarity between them, I am ready to stick to the most stable (even if it means losing play improvements).
I hope Nvidia can start throwing stable drivers again that does not damage her reputation any more – although keeping in mind that drivers can always have one or two problems for a number of users – but until then, I will keep my own system of all the GPU pilot updates.
