When the corner half of Philadelphia Eagles Cooper Dejean thinks about his recruited season, he can’t help but smile.
Dejean’s journey through his recruit campaign did not succeed. The tests and tribulations are presented in all forms and sizes of the NFL, and Dejean told PK Press Club Digital that the greatest lesson he learned that he would take in 2025 and beyond the uncertainty of all this.

“Each week will be different because it’s such a long season and there are so many injuries,” said Dejean, while discussing his partnership with Casey’s, his favorite convenience in which he grew up. “The offensive could be down a few guys for a week, so the defense will have to intensify.
“Defense could be broken down [some players]So the offense will have to intensify. How different it can be from week to week and have to play with new guys on defense. I think that’s what I learned. “”
Dejean’s trip started with a choice of draft in the second round of the Eagles, but his start in the training camp was not the best because he was injured very early. Once in good health, Dejean mainly played special teams until week 6 takes place.

“I think the crazy trip is crazy.
He is perhaps only in his second year, but Dejean’s confidence radiated as he looks in 2025. He wants to be a leader in his corner room alongside Mitchell, and taking into account Jalen Hurts, AJ Brown and other veterans provide this leadership of the locker room, he knows that he has the character of being the same for his group.
“Me and q had this experience last year by being there and it’s huge for us,” he said. “A confidence booster so that we are leaders in our room and go to the next step. It was a fun process of growth and learning to try to take the next step to be a leader.”

While Dejean focuses on Eagles football next week, while they debate Dallas Cowboys to start the regular NFL 2025 season, he is also delighted to watch his Iowa Hawkeyes.

And this year for university gamedays, Dejean could not think of a better day jump, then to go to Casey to take his favorite pizza for breakfast. For 25 years, breakfast pizza has been the favorite of the ultimate worship at Casey’s, which Dejean has engaged in a lot by growing up in Iowa.
“Casey is everywhere in the Midwest,” he said. “This is something I started with my day when I was in high school, obtaining a slice of pizza for breakfast before school day to keep you under tension and ready to leave. It’s the MVP of Tailgates this season, especially when you have these midday kicks.”
