Islamabad:
On Friday, the Senate unanimously adopted a resolution to mark the 1500th Eid Milad-Un-Nabi (PSL) with a complete religious fervor, respect and unity through national celebrations.
Moved by Senator Irfan Siddiqui, the resolution recommended that federal and provincial governments will undertake special measures at the highest level to commemorate the opportunity.
The celebrations include Milad Mahafils, large media campaigns, well-being initiatives and the decoration and illumination of buildings. All government and non -governmental institutions should actively participate in activities.
